No contract, no pressure - just pages! Pay as you go! It’s $50 which includes the book and the craft each month! For non-crafters it’s $45.
FEBRUARY BOOK & DATE: Sports Romance - Face Off by Chelsea Curto (Sunday, February 22nd @ 4pm)
CRAFT: We are bringing the heat with a swoony sports romance and a creative night of hand-painting wine glasses! Our love stories pair best with wine!
Due to cold weather (McHenry Riverwalk Shoppes off season), we will have an alternate meeting spot! We are so excited to meet at The Vixen McHenry in their VIP Lounge upstairs for Book Club! We will gather at 4pm on Sunday, February 22nd. Cash bar will be available. There is parking on Green Street or in the parking lot across. Please meet at The Vixen.
About the book:
Emerson (Emmy) Hartwell has waited for a spot on an NHL roster since she became a professional hockey player, and this season, she'll finally get a chance to showcase her talents with the struggling D.C. Stars. Maverick Miller is the best player in the league, but he's never had a winning record. Team captain and desperate to turn things around, he agrees to play nice with the fiery new left-winger even though they're total opposites. It’s not required to gather with us at each Book Club BUT we encourage you to! We meet new readers, laugh and get to escape for a bit and talk about that month’s book!
